I love these cookies and highly recommend them. They are delicate with a lot of flavor.
They taste like almond shortbread and don't taste or feel "low carb" at all. They satisfy my desire for a cookie without all of the flour and sugar.
At room temperature, still wrapped, they easily stayed fresh for 7 days.
They are made with sucralose which my wife doesn't prefer. According to her, she can taste the sucralose and prefers erythritol based products. I am the opposite, I prefer sucralose over erythritol. What this means in our household is that these cookies are all for me . . . as long as I can keep the kids away from them!
